Day Camp Director

Todd was the Cub Scout Camp Director for our District and planned this whole year for the camp that ended up with 325 attending. (June 27-29) It was at our Stk Pres. ranch and it all went so well. It was SO MUCH WORK for both of us but he had so many compliments. The theme was space and I even convinced him to play the Star Wars theme on his trombone for the scouts. They thought he was so cool! Brandon was in charge of the trading post with two other boys and was excited to earn some extra money. He is thinking about heeleys after Trevor - see below. I made a camp flag with our ward boys. It turned out nice even though sewing is NOT my thing. I dont know of many Cub Masters who enjoy sewing!! The kids were involved it the design and tey liked it. The stake leaders gave us a gift crtificate for all of our work so we will enjoy using that as a belated Anniversary dinner for us. (14 years - wow)
We are on our way to South Dakota on Sat for a week and then the kids and I are excited to see some of you in Utah the end of this month! Happy 4th of July!!!

Welcome to blogging Lisa!! Great pictures! Ralph and I have a blog too, but you'll have to wait until August when I have more time to figure out how to do it on my own! Until then, I am enjoying everyone elses! What a darling family you have, and it seems as though you are having lots of fun building great memories! Take care. Love, Teresa

Here we are at the visitors center. Todd and Christen actually climbed pretty far up the dunes. We had fun playing in Medano Creek after we climbed.
