Summer Vacation is Here!

We have a busy week and a half getting the kids finished up with school. Mainly we have pictures to show. We just got back from our camping trip to the largest sand dunes in N America - right here in So Colorado! I had no idea! It was fun though and really beautiful! Today we spent alot of the day clearing out extra sand form the car, clothes, ears etc etc. The kids weren't to excited when I started up the summer with a job list and expectations for the summer just so we all wouldnt drive eachother crazy! But we will have fun as well.

Memorial Day

We had a great day with our little family. We had a slow morning with a waffle brunch. Then we went to Castlewood canyon for several hours. This seems to be a tradition for us the last several years. The kids and the dogs had a great time. - and so did Todd and I.

I am going to post a bunch of pictures on Thursday after the kids get out of school and they are finished with all of their activities. We are planning out camping trip for this weekend to the sand dunes and also planning for our trip to Mt Rushmore in July.

Last weekend we had a great suprise when we had a visit from my nephew, David Christensen. He is a trucker and the kids were excited to get to know him and see the inside of his big truck. We are so glad he came over!

Greetings all! We decided to try doing this blog spot thing after seeing some of the Christensens doing it. So we will see how it works!!

We are doing good. Today the kids had their field day at school. It was great fun. They have 3 more days of school and then we are planning to go down to the sand dunes in So. Colorado next weekend.
